Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas due to logistical constraints. Our goal is to deliver your plants in excellent condition, and we offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for reliable delivery. The cost is $12.95, and orders are delivered within 10-15 days after shipment. Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we use EMS service. Delivery occurs within 15-25 days after shipment. Order processing also takes 1-2 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and external factors like weather conditions. We strive to handle all orders promptly to ensure your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive in your garden.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our plants and want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • In the same condition as received (healthy and undamaged).
  • In its original packaging, if possible.

Note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for plants that have perished due to improper planting, weather conditions, or care after delivery. Our guarantee covers plants that arrive damaged or in poor health.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories and nature of items, the following are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Plants in compromised condition: Plants showing signs of disease, pest infestation, or those that have perished after delivery due to planting or environmental factors.
  • Personalized items: Any customized or specially ordered plants cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

This aligns with our menu categories such as Hummingbird Perennial Plants, Pollinator Perennial Plants, Rain Garden Perennial Plants, Shade Plants and Flowers, Sun Plants and Flowers, and US Native Plants, where live plants require specific care and are sensitive to post-delivery conditions.

The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide Information: We may request photographs of the plants to assess the situation and determine the best solution.
  3. Receive Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and the address to send your package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the plants and ship them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different plant, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment unless the exchange is due to our error.
